3. Data Retention Timelines & Operational Log Management

We strictly distinguish operational security logs from business lead records:

• 30-Day Operational Security & Delivery Logs: System mailer logs, IP rate-limiting records, and delivery security logs are automatically purged after 30 days.
• 24-Month Business Lead Records: Active business lead inquiry submissions and demo request records are maintained in our CRM lead database for up to 24 months to support enterprise consulting continuity and technical evaluation history, after which inactive lead records are systematically purged or anonymized.

4. Intended Recipients & Third-Party Processors

Inquiry data is accessed solely by authorized RGM Software sales engineers and solution architects. We utilize secure, industry-standard third-party infrastructure processors (such as cloud web hosting providers and transactional mail service endpoints) strictly for message delivery, hosting security, and operational uptime. All third-party infrastructure partners adhere to rigorous data processing and confidentiality agreements.

5. Cookie & Local Storage Disclosures

Our website uses minimal, essential cookies and browser local storage to preserve session state (such as interactive estimating sandbox calculations) and capture incoming marketing campaign parameters (UTM source tags) for attribution analysis. We do not employ third-party cross-site tracking cookies or invasive ad network scripts.

6. On-Premises & Private Hosting Security

All customer ERP databases managed through RGM Manufacturing Vision and Printing Management software remain under full client ownership. RGM Software does not harvest or process proprietary manufacturing, inventory, or financial data generated within installed client software environments.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal or business contact data held by RGM Software. To exercise your privacy rights:
